Order Processing and Delivery Time : Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered. For specific information on your item please contact us directly at sarah@studiobcreations.com. All of our pieces are made to order and constructed after your order has been placed and payment received. It is our goal to have the item completed within 2-4 weeks. We will then ship the item according to shipping method chosen by you. The average time our orders take to be delivered is anywhere from 3-7 business days. We will notify our customers when an order has been shipped and supply tracking numbers if shipping method provides them.

Return Policy : We do not accept any refunds or cancellations to any of our pieces unless defective.

Revisions to Special Orders : If at any time, changes are requested to the original contracted "special order" after the final sketch has been signed-off and approved by customer; a revision fee will be assessed. Revision fee will be in the form of an hourly rate of $25/hour, as well as any additional cost of materials.

Shipping Methods : We use USPS, DHL and UPS to ship our items depending on product dimmensions and weight. Our Shipping Prices are listed below. Expedited shipping and order completion is available at extra charge. Please contact us directly for details. We are unable to deliver to P.O.Boxes or to ship internationally at this time.

Shipment Refusal : Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery.
