REFUND POLICY

Your Fulfilled. the experience reservation is being held by the credit card provided at the time of reservation. The reservation is non-refundable / non-cancellable, and you will be charged the full amount at time of booking.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not allowed anywhere during Fulfilled. the experience events, including in the guest rooms. There will be a minimum $250 cleaning charge assessed if it is determined that there was smoking in the guest room during your experience.
