Anderson, or Dr. B as her followers know her, is a health practitioner, motivational speaker, and content creator in the wellness realm. Her latest book is a nearly 500-page weekly guide to living a fulfilled life. Arranged in 52 packed chapters that can be explored weekly or at one's own pace, each includes a concept for self-exploration, including questions to ask oneself, and concludes with a "prescription" for going forward. Nutrition, sleep, breathing, and friendships are just a few of the topics covered. While 52 different topics are covered, none of it is surface-level, and just a few minutes of browsing could make readers feel more in-control. Further, Anderson arranges the activities by difficulty of completion and focus required. Although this is published in a fillable workbook format, it should work for lending collections as she suggests for best results that readers should follow along with a notebook dedicated to their journey to fulfillment.
VERDICT Readers looking to enhance their life, or even take a complete U-turn, will appreciate Dr. B's quick but effective weekly lessons.
